Requirements

· Must have a buddy list with 70-80-90 buddys
· Must have a blog. (Not so important just to spread the word of army and blog).

· Must be secret agent for PSA
· Must have skills of up to 2-8 hundred on clubpenguin scavinger hunts
· Must be able to google search "Clubpenguin armys UMA" and spy on their actions.
